Do Nhat Nam - a 10 year old boy successfully won the highest prize in an English speaking contest in Hanoi (Vietnam). This contest with 5 finalists was organized by GALEC in mid October 2011. The other 4 finalists were college students in Hanoi.
Nam amazingly demonstrated a high level of English and a knowledge of social issues at the age of 10. This totally made many people surprised.
